SimBioSys, Inc. is pleased to present its implementation of predictive stereochemistry within the synthesis planning system ARChem. Various aspects of stereochemical perception, rule generation, and predictions will be discussed in a talk by Professor A. CLiDE 5

CLiDE 5  is the latest release of the leading chemical structure extraction software application. CLiDE extracts editable structures from molecular images embedded in journal papers, patents, reports, Web pages, and other types of media, and interacts seamlessly with chemical editors. The program offers, via an easy-to-use GUI, a high-accuracy, convenient, and efficient alternative to copying molecular structures manually.

    • CLiDE Batch (for database creation and mass data production) – batch handling of many documents
  • User-friendly Acrobat-Reader-like GUI
  • Seamless integration with ChemDraw, Marvin Sketch, and AccelrysDraw
  • Windows, Mac OS and Linux support.
  • Supported input documents formats: PDF, doc, docx, HTML
  • Supported input image file formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and others
  • Supported output formats: MDL Molfile, Sdfile, Rgfile, XML, CML, CDX, MRV
  • Automatic detection of potential interpretation errors
  • Contextual interpretation of generic structures
